Our flowers are sourced and arranged daily to ensure maximum longevity. If you feel your order has not met this freshness window, please let us know within five days of receipt. Where reasonable care has been followed (fresh water, regular stem trimming, suitable location), we will address your concerns with a suitable resolution.
